Beginning April 1, 2020 Centurion Pest Control will become Kennedy Pest Control. Founded in 1986 by Tim Kennedy, this company was our first choice to be your new pest control provider. When you needed assistance with a termite problem, we likely referred you to Kennedy Pest Control because they have consistently given our customers friendly, professional service. They are a great company who truly care about the needs of their customers. Like us, they are locally owned and family operated, but they also offer a full array of pest control services, including termite control.
What changes? Nothing really. Your service will continue as normal. Your rate will also stay the same, and you will be able to access your account online using Kennedy’s customer service portal. Free termite inspections and an in-house repair department are added benefits to your new service.
As far as your account with us, you will receive a final statement in early April. If you are on auto-pay, we will run your credit card one more time for the last unpaid service. Credit card information won’t be transferred to the new company, and only the credit card processor we use has your encrypted credit card information, so you will need to provide that information to Kennedy Pest Control to continue automatic payments. If you have set up an auto-pay with your banking institution, you should stop any further payments after your account is paid in full.
